YOLO Trailers Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final All YOLO Trailers purchases are final. Because our trailers are custom-built and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This policy applies to trailers, accessories, and all other products sold through yolotrailers.com.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Deposits for back-ordered trailers are non-refundable.
Damages and Defects We stand behind the quality of every trailer we build. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kyle@yolotrailers.com or 214-425-8552 so we can evaluate the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through repair or replacement as appropriate at our discretion.
To process a damage or defect claim, please have the following ready:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the damage or defect
- A description of the issue
