We designed our trailers to fit into a typical 80" tall residential garage WITH an RTT mounted on top of our tent rack. As a result, our tent rack sits a little lower than some of our competitors. This has 2 advantages:

They have a lower center-of-gravity.
The lower height of our tent rack presents a problem with mounting 270° Awning systems as the awning height would be too low. As a result, we fabricated some custom 90° risers that allow us mount both a tent AND awning on our trailer while still fitting inside of a garage. The risers also give the awning a boost in height that will clear most heads (it clears mine and I'm 6'1"!).
